A drying process of a semi-washed coffee, leaving the mucilage containing water, sugars and pectins. It is the mellow part of the grain that when fermented gives pleasant aromatic notes; With characteristics in sweet cups, balanced on the palate and soft aftertaste. Ideal to taste a coffee without sugar.

washed

A washed process is one of the most common in the coffee market, completely removing mucilage from the bean after the pulping phase. Our washed coffee preferably has a fermentation time of 14-21 hours, causing adherence to the grain, aroma and other exquisite characteristics in the cup.

Natural

An aromatic coffee with fermented ripe fruits, showing special characteristics in a cup for palates that taste an exotic coffee with pleasant flavors in the balance of fruity characteristics and wine in the aftertaste.
